INN Reference Forms

The INN is an interdenominational Christian ministry serving college-age adults in the Bellingham, WA community. The following references may be used to evaluate and recommend candidates for the INN’s Intern program for the 2012-2013 academic year. Spiritual Reference Form - completed by a Christian pastor or ministry worker

Character Reference Form - completed by an employer, professor, or teacher
