The INN is a college-age community, open to everyone, as we invite and encourage people to become followers of Jesus. The INN is a great place to ask questions, investigate spirituality, connect with other people, and have a lot of fun along the way.
As a mission of First Presbyterian Church, the INN has been serving college students in Bellingham since 1974. The INN is also an Associated Students Club of Western Washington University.
There are exciting things ahead at the INN as we begin a new chapter in our ministry. Meet our incoming staff, new director, and find out was to get involved now as we look ahead to the work God is doing at the INN.
The INN meets as a large group on Tuesday nights at 8pm at First Presbyterian Church (1031 N. Garden). These gatherings are come-as-you-are and open to everyone. There is plenty of music, food for spiritual thought, and lots of opportunities for getting to know other people. We'd love to have you join us!
For follow-up and insights into our Tuesday Nights, check out our Tumblr blog: the INN [aftermath].
A "Small Group" is a group of people who gather regularly in homes to study the Bible and live life together. Small groups are a great way to make new friends while exploring questions of faith and God and sharing life together throughout the year. Our groups typically meet once a week and are a great place to start getting connected at the INN.
We have lots of "Brother/Sister"(same gender) small groups and it's never too late to get plugged in with people your age!

Collide is an intergenerational gathering of women who spend a day colliding with Jesus and His teachings. Every time Jesus collides with people they are forever changed! Spend a day journeying alongside other women allowing Jesus to enter all parts of who you are to bring about healing to your whole self. This is a space to be authentic and honest about who you are right now because it is there that Jesus meets you. Come experience stories of hope and courage, support from other women and personal transformation.
The 2012-13 school year marks a new chapter in the life of the INN as we welcome Becca Niemeyer & Evan Bryant to the staff. As well as 4 incredible INNterns, Lyndsey Plute, Aimee Allen, Sheldon Henne & Branden Griffith. We have lots of amazing things planned for this upcoming year, so stay tuned.
We have also made our INNternship Program applications available for 2014-15. Click HERE to find out more!
Every spring break, as the INN community, we immerse ourselves in different places. We serve others on the streets. We build houses, care for children, and provide aid to people in need. We hear and share stories of hope and healing. And, we challenge ourselves to actively participate in God's redemptive action, not only in these places, but also here, where we live, study, and work each and every day.
